Megan has worked in education for 15 years and has also spent time as a writer, utilizing her education in Communications and Teaching. Her continued post-graduate education has focused on supporting students in their own journey throughout the college application process.
She lives in Loudoun County, VA with her husband, three kids, two dogs, and chickens. Touring campuses is part of most family road trips. She also volunteers as the property advisor for a Greek organization at the University of Maryland. Needless to say, she runs on coffee and will always have it with her at meetings.
Megan loves getting to know all of her students and their families. Every student she works with is different and needs to discover their own path to success. Celebrating the win of a student heading off to the college that is the best fit for them is the most rewarding part of her job.
Megan is an associate member of IECA (Independent Educational Consultants Association) and an active member of PCACAC (Potomac & Chesapeake Association for College Admissions Counseling).
